- Proactive and learning and supporting attitude.
- Fluent English.
- Bachelor degree or similar with technical education (preferred: automatics, robotics, programming).
- Experience in automotive industry, preferred in electronics manufacturing environment, technologies, automation.
- Knowledge of lean concepts and electronics manufacturing processes.
- Good problem solving capability.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma / other problem solving methods will be an asset.
- Flexibility, team-work, self-motivated and energetic working style.
You will be responsible for all matters related to the global organization and Gdansk plant support for prototypes (assembly equipment & processes issues).
In particular you will be responsible for:
- Supporting process engineers in the development of prototype process equipment.
- Performing prototype designs, tests and configuration of previous designs.
- Collecting production data and managing action lists related to prototype equipment.
- Reporting daily KPIs (such as equipment OEE, FTQ, etc.).
- Supporting process engineers in the documentation and process improvement.
- Maintenance of prototype equipment.
